The information available at www.lightwork.tv (the "Website") is the information and booking channel for the rental of camera, lighting, grip, digitech, power and video production equipment provided by LIGHTWORK, S.L. ("LIGHTWORK") in Barcelona.
2. Acceptance of these terms of use
Accessing and browsing the Website grants the status of user and implies full and unreserved acceptance of every provision included in this Legal Notice, in the version published at the time of access, without prejudice to any specific terms that may apply to particular services.
3. Purpose and scope
LIGHTWORK provides, through the Website, information about its catalogue of audiovisual equipment available for rental, as well as the ability to make enquiries, bookings and contracts, under the terms set out in the Rental Terms / Terms of Service.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
The source code, graphic designs, images, photographs, logos, trademarks, texts and, generally, all content contained in www.lightwork.tv are protected by Spanish intellectual and industrial property legislation in favour of LIGHTWORK or third parties who have authorised its use.
Total or partial reproduction of the Website, its computerised processing, public communication, distribution, dissemination, modification, transformation or decompilation is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of its owner, pursuant to Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Spanish Consolidated Text of the Intellectual Property Law.
Users may only use the material appearing on the Website for personal and private use; use for commercial purposes or to engage in unlawful activities is prohibited. All rights are expressly reserved by LIGHTWORK.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed in their entirety by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website, and unless applicable consumer protection law mandatorily establishes a different forum, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other forum that may correspond to them.
