Terms of Service. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the rental of audiovisual equipment and related services provided by Lightwork S.L. (“Lightwork”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By renting equipment from us, the client (“you”, “your”) agrees to these Terms.
1. Rental period

The rental period begins when equipment leaves our premises and ends when it is returned and checked.

Late returns may be subject to additional charges.
2. Reservations and cancellations

Reservations must be confirmed in writing (email or signed quotation).

Cancellations within 24 hours before pick-up may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the rental cost.
3. Prices and payment

All prices are quoted in EUR and subject to VAT.

Payment terms must be agreed before pick-up. Deposits or full prepayment may be required.
4. Equipment condition
-
Equipment is delivered tested and in working order.

You must check the equipment upon pick-up/delivery and notify us immediately of any issues.

You are responsible for the proper use, care and safekeeping of the equipment during the rental period.
5. Loss, damage and insurance

You are fully responsible for any loss, theft or damage to the equipment during the rental period.

Insurance coverage is the client’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

In case of damage, repair or replacement costs will be charged.
6. Transport and delivery

Delivery and pick-up can be arranged at additional cost.

Transport risk is the responsibility of the client once equipment leaves our premises.
7. Liability

Lightwork is not liable for production delays, losses or damages resulting from equipment failure, misuse or events beyond our control.

Our liability is limited to the replacement of the faulty equipment or refund of the rental fee.
8. Ownership

All rented equipment remains the property of Lightwork S.L. at all times.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
-
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Barcelona.
