Tripod Head Manfrotto 405 Pro

The Manfrotto 405 Pro is a 3-way geared pan-and-tilt head with a 16.5 lb load capacity, built for precise, repeatable camera positioning. It mounts to any tripod or support with a 3/8"-16 fitting and includes an integrated RC4 quick release cam lock along with a 410PL quick release plate with a rubberized, non-slip surface.

It rotates a full 360°, tilts 90° forward and 30° back, and swings 90° to the side for portrait orientation, with each movement working independently through its own snap-lock knob. A geared knob nested inside each snap-lock allows fine, incremental adjustments once locked, and dedicated angle scales on each axis make it easy to dial in and repeat exact positions. Bubble levels for both landscape and portrait orientations, plus a rugged aluminum-alloy build, round out a head made for methodical, controlled setups.
