This 5-foot parabolic softbox uses a 32-sided design to spread light evenly across its surface, producing soft, wraparound illumination with round, natural-looking catchlights in the eyes. It comes with two front diffusers, a 1.5-stop and a 2.5-stop, so you can dial in exactly how soft or contrasty the light falls off depending on the look you're after.

A 40-degree fabric grid is included to narrow the spread and keep light from spilling onto the background or other parts of the set when you need more control. Built around a widely compatible Bowens speed ring, it sets up quickly and works with a broad range of monolights, making it a versatile, go-to softbox for portraits, interviews, and other people-focused lighting setups.
