This TetherBoost Pro USB-C Core Controller Extension Cable from Tether Tools is designed to extend the reach of a tethered camera setup without sacrificing transfer speed. It works alongside a general or device-specific USB-C cable (sold separately), and its built-in TetherBoost power regulator keeps signal integrity strong across long distances, supporting speeds up to 10 Gb/s.

It accepts primary cables up to 15' long, allowing a combined run of up to 31' total, giving photographers real freedom to move around a shooting space while staying connected. The cable runs on USB 3.1 Gen 2, stays backward-compatible with USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 gear, and can even pass up to 60W of charging power to USB-C devices when paired with an optional adapter.
