Canon CN-E 18-80mm T4.4

The Canon CN-E 18-80mm T4.4 COMPACT-SERVO is a compact cinema zoom designed for Super 35 and APS-C cameras with Canon EF mount. Its versatile 18–80mm range and constant T4.4 aperture make it an excellent all-round lens for commercial, documentary, corporate and run-and-gun productions.

The lens features a parfocal design, maintaining focus throughout the zoom range, with minimized focus breathing and color characteristics designed to match Canon’s CN-E cinema lens lineup. Its 9-blade iris provides smooth, natural rendering, while cine-standard gearing allows integration with professional follow-focus and lens-control systems.

When paired with compatible Canon Cinema EOS cameras, the CN-E 18-80mm supports autofocus and electronic control of zoom, focus and iris. Despite its cinema-oriented construction, it remains remarkably compact at approximately 1.2 kg, making it particularly well suited to handheld, shoulder-mounted and lightweight production setups.
